April 22, 2009 was the setting for our Earth Day with the Allen County fourth graders.  There were 85 students from McKinley, Jefferson, and Moran Elementary Schools in attendance.  The Allen County Conservation District, along with the Allen County Farm Bureau, Allen County Community College Collegiate Farm Bureau, and the Moran High School FFA presented 13 stations to teach the students about conserving natural resources.  The College Farm north of Iola was the setting for what was a beautiful day.
